Delivery Instructions

We deliver pallets of our fuel products throughout Midcoast Maine.


MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS FOR DELIVERY

Up to 30 miles from Brunswick: 1 pallet
30 and up to 40 miles from Brunswick:  2 pallets 
40 and up to 60 miles from Brunswick: 3 pallets
60 miles and up to 80 from Brunswick: 4 pallets


DELIVERY CHARGES

If you live in Brunswick or Topsham: $40.00 for the first pallet and $20.00 for each additional pallet in the same order.

Within 30* miles of our warehouse:  ​$50.00 for the first pallet and $25.00 for each additional pallet in the same order.

Greater than 30* miles from our warehouse: $60.00 for the first pallet and $30.00 for each additional Pallet in the same order.

*We use Google Maps to determine mileage and correct delivery fees.

Do not count Fatwood orders in the pallet total.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERIES

In fact, most customers are not.  We offer state-of-the art delivery service of palletized bricks, blocks, logs and pellets which we forklift into your garage, shed, barn, or next to your door - wherever you instruct us.  If we are delivering into a structure, please make sure it is unlocked on the specified delivery date so we can enter.  If you want us to lock up after delivery is complete, please indicate such during checkout.

  1. ZIP CODE:  Enter your zip code in the box provided.  We use it to determine delivery schedules.  HOWEVER, this does NOT figure delivery charges as stated whether you click the Calculate button or not.  (We're in the process of changing the format, but for now please ignore the $0 figure)
  2. REVIEW YOUR INFORMATION page (last page of checkout:
  • Add Special Instructions to the Seller: Click the "Add" button and type in the following information required for delivery:
               ~ Is your driveway paved?
               ~ Where do you want us to deliver your
                   order? (driveway, garage, shed, barn, next                      to front door, by the basement door, etc.)                        Be as specific as you can (ex. in  the                              garage on the back left side).
               ~ Do you want us to lock the structure when                        we leave?
  • Shipping Method:  Click the Drop-down menu and choose according to the following.  The correct charge for your order will be listed automatically:

    For Customers in Brunswick or Topsham Only:
         ~ Choose Ground.

    For Locations with 30 miles:
        ~ If purchasing 1 to 5 pallets,
           choose     Standard Shipping.
       ~ If purchasing 6-10 pallets,
           choose     Standard Domestic.

  • For Locations greater than 30 miles:
  •     ~ If purchasing 1 to4 pallets,
           choose     Standard Flat-Rate Shipping.
       ~ If purchasing 5-8 pallets,
           choose     Expedited Flat-Rate Shipping.

  •    ~  If picking up your order, choose Pickup.

  •   FOR 1/2 PALLET ORDERS:
  •     ​​~ For Brunswick & Topsham deliveries ONLY, choose Economy, then $40.00 (deliveries of both 1 or 2 1/2-pallets are charged the same).
  • ​    ~  All other locations, choose Economy, then $50.00 (deliveries of both 1 or 2 1/2-pallets are charged the same)
