What is a Mini-Split?

Mini Split Air to Air Heat Pumps consist of an outdoor compressor and ductless, discreet wall mounted or concealed inside units. They provide cool, quiet, zoned air conditioning in summer and remarkably, the same units work in reverse in the winter to keep you comfortably warm.

At the same time, they dehumidify.

Why Ductless Units?

That’s easy. Simply because ductless systems have no duct heat or cooling loss, and no ducts also means there is no dust accumulation. They’re healthier.

How does a Mini-Split Work?

Like a refrigerator, heat-pumps use electricity to move heat from one space to another. When heat is transferred from inside your home to the outside it’s called “air conditioning”, and when heat is moved from outside to the inside we call it a “heat-pump”. They are about 300% more efficient than regular electric heat.
